UC Merced Staff Assembly is seeking staff representation on the search advisory committee for Chief of Police.
The committee will include participants from across the campus community. This service commitment will begin immediately and continue through the spring semester. Associate Chancellor and Chief of Staff Ed Klotzbier will chair the committee. Follow this link to review a copy of the job description.
The search advisory committee representative will be required to participate in all search advisory committee meetings and interviews through conclusion of the search and be an active participant who expresses a viewpoint that is sensitive to staff issues and concerns.
Staff members interested in serving on this committee must provide the following information by noon Feb. 21, 2017:
- Name
- Department/Unit
- Email address
- Years of UC/UC Merced Service
- Statement of interest and qualifications (350 word maximum):
