The Professional Learning Academy (also known as Customer Service Academy) provides training in key areas of customer service and equips participants with skills that can be applied in their work areas.
Registration for 2016-17 academy classes is open and courses are free for UC Merced faculty and staff members. Participants who take all courses in the series earn a certificate of achievement.
